Merger Mania

This week we're talking about mergers and acquisitions in class. Talk about good timing!! For the Tuesday night group -- it now looks like the News/Dow Jones deal will go through. There was a lot of last minute horsetrading, but both boards have now approved the deal. The Wall Street Journal has a short video explaining the deal that I'm going to try to play in class Wednesday and Thursday. Here's a link. The WSJ coverage of the deal is pretty extensive.
